Who this applies to

Blue Gate Coffee & Matcha is a small home-based café operating from Potong Pasir, Singapore. This policy applies only to customers placing orders with us in Singapore, and is written in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you place an order, we may collect your name, mobile number, and the contents of your order, along with any preferences or notes you choose to share. If you message us directly, we will also retain that conversation.

How we use it

Information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Processing and preparing your order, and coordinating pickup.
  • Occasionally requesting feedback so we can improve what we serve.
  • Sharing the occasional update about the shop, such as new drinks, opening hours, or temporary closures.

What we do not do

We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to any third party. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the three above. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the page. No personally identifying information is sent to Google by us, and the data is used only to improve the site.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Reach out via the same channel you used to place your order, and we'll take care of it.
